Laser Combs and Laser Phototherapy
from:Laser combs are electric hair combs, which use laser light
therapy to stimulate hair growth. They can help treat alopecia
and improve the appearance of thinning hair in both men and
women, when used as directed. Apart from this, they provide a
fairly inexpensive and convenient way to treat alopecia compared
with the large laser machines, which have been exclusive to
clinics only. Laser combs are easy to use and can be used
wherever and whenever you chose.
How do they work?
Laser combs work by emitting low-laser light (process can be
referred to as Laser Phototherapy), which stimulates the cells
of the scalp and hair follicles. Just as plants respond to
light, which helps them to grow and thrive, the hair will
respond to a laser comb's phototherapy by growing stronger,
thicker, fuller and healthier. Laser light increases blood flow
to the hair follicle up to 50%; this causes more nutrition to be
supplied to the hair and consequently increasing the growth
rates of the hair. The correct dosage of light energy is applied
from a different number of laser positions and helps in
stimulating hair follicles, preventing too much hair loss and
giving beautiful hair which is shiny, soft as well as thick and
better manageable. The scalp will also become healthier since
one of the beneficial effects of the laser comb can lead to a
reduction in dandruff and scalp irritation.
A laser produces light measured at a wavelength of nanometers
typically between 638.2 nm and 670 nm, a pure wave-length at the
peak of red light in the visible light spectrum. Hair laser
light therapy provides the essential boost of pure red light at
precisely the right frequency to revitalize and repair hair, yet
it utilizes a soft laser that uses less energy than a 40-watt
light bulb.
The dilemma!
With so many laser combs out in the market and manufacturers
making innumerable promises to people affected by hair loss, how
can you make a decision as to which laser comb to buy? It is
essential to be careful when deciding so as not to invest in a
product that would not do what it says on the "tin". A lot of so
called "unique" hair combs use technologies, which do nothing to
rejuvenate hair. Technologies used include, 1. Cheap dazzling
LED red-light diode lasers, which are completely useless for
rejuvenating hair, 2. The use of one laser separated by multiple
mirror reflectors, which is nowhere near sufficient to aid in
the rejuvenation of hair 3. The use of disco tech bright visible
red-light LED lasers, the same kind used in laser pointers,
which depending on the power of the beam can present a hazard!!
Apart from this, ordinary visible red-light do not do much at
all in stimulating hair growth, 4. Standard red-light lasers or
just red-light LED's, which are all basically useless. 5.
Multiple extravagant colourful bright red LED's making the
product sparkling and eye catching, and trying in vain to make
you think it's more sophisticated than what it actually is.
Bearing all these in mind, HairBeam manufactured by Versacchi
presents itself as a breath of fresh air for individuals
affected by hair loss and who would like to invest in a product
that can "deliver".
HairBeam to the rescue! What makes HairBeam different and how
does it work? HairBeam makes use of infrared laser light, which
are the only ones that can promote the regeneration and
rejuvenation process by penetrating the deepest and stimulating
the very best. The infrared laser light employed by HairBeam
injects precise wavelengths of bio-stimulating energy directly
into the hair root cells or follicles. This light energy
converts into chemical energy, promoting natural healing. It
employs 5 "precision engineered" infrared lasers with dispersion
lens that make direct contact with your scalp. This ensures that
the laser light is absorbed directly into the hair root cells
precisely where it's needed. It uses the exact frequency and
wavelength necessary to maximize the healing and rejuvenation
process, and there is no loss or divergence of the laser light
as with other poorly made models. All energy goes into
stimulating the hair roots and consequently, dull lifeless hair
is re-nourished and enriched.
HairBeam is powerful and safe to use, and can be used with other
treatments resulting in a synergy, which may well provide extra
improvement to the condition of the hair.
